About the Role – Business Development Expert
As part of our growth strategy, Oceansmith is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Expert to expand our client base, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth within the software development and mobile application market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients seeking custom software, iOS, and Android development services.
- Develop and execute structured business development and market penetration strategies.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
- Present tailored software solutions and close B2B service contracts.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning to refine sales strategy.
