About the Role – Business Development Expert

As part of our growth strategy, Oceansmith is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Expert to expand our client base, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth within the software development and mobile application market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients seeking custom software, iOS, and Android development services.
  • Develop and execute structured business development and market penetration strategies.
  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Present tailored software solutions and close B2B service contracts.
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning to refine sales strategy.

  • Strong understanding of software development services and outsourcing models.
  • Proven ability to sell technical solutions to business decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms.
